Hi all,

I've dabbled in emulating games on phones over the years but now I've decided to buy a hand held. My budget is around $300 AUD ($215 USD).

I'm close to buying the Retroid Pocket 6 8GB. I'm sure it will run most of what I want. NES, PS2, ANDROID GAMES ETC.

But I noticed the Odin 3 8GB is only another $50 ($36 USD).

Question is - is it worth it to pay the extra? I think its bigger screen, battery and I may try some basic Steam games also that the chip will likely handle better.

I like that the pocket can come with both joysticks on the bottom. But for the money I think the Odin is more future proof.

Am I wrong?

Also, the Odin technically isn't a Snapdragon, its a Dragonwing Q8. Is that bad for drivers?

Cheers
