How much does a good custody lawyer cost in az?

So the questions I never thought I’d have to ask. We are not married and I’m not sure if I should leave him but I feel like I should and everyone else is telling me to. Anyway I’m scared to bc worst case scenario we have to go through a custody battle. We have an infant, less than a year old. I’m concerned that I would not be granted sole custody/parenting time. He doesn’t know crap, what to feed the baby, when, and he has absolutely no follow through. He can say he’ll do it and maybe be convincing (Lord knows I was convinced when he said we could be a family and he’d take care of us). But I know him and I know he doesn’t do crap and will not take care of our baby. So I don’t want our baby with him and not being taken care of. Or he might pawn off our baby with his family and that is not better. They’re fine until they’re not. And we both agreed the baby cannot be with certain family members but he’s already taken back other things he agreed with me so I’m worried he would do it anyway. He also smokes weed all the time and I don’t trust him to be sober with the baby. (I’m a sahm and with him 24/7 unless I’m working in the evenings and then baby is with my mom). What is the likelihood that a judge will take all of this into consideration and not grant the father parenting time/custody?

Should my husband and I move with our baby to Logan? So we live in Mesa AZ (Phoenix suburb) and honestly the biggest thing keeping me is family and friends. He has friends there but I have no one. Ik I can make new friends but it’s hard especially bc I’m postpartum and need support anyway. But basically I’m a sahm and I love taking my baby on walks, getting in nature, finding free things to do if we go out. When we stay at home I like to take him on walks around the neighborhood and I’m looking for somewhere safe and with other families with young kids as he gets older. Mostly we shop at Walmart, target, Costco, local grocery stores like safeway (Vons in some places I think). What’s in Logan?

I love nature and trying to be more active and would like to continue that again as our baby gets older and involve him in that too. I’ve only lived in Arizona so I’ve never even see snow fall. My husband is familiar with the snow but I’m assuming this will be a big change. Exciting but Id like to know how cold it will be lol and for how long. What’s traffic like? How close are stores to neighborhoods? If anyone is from Arizona can you compare it to one of our cities?
