I have been getting into vgc for about half a year now but for some reason every time I try to build a team I find myself making a hyper offensive team but never a balance team I also never experimented with playing balance and I would really like to try the balance archetype so here are my main questions:

how do I play balance (what are the main goals for every game and how do I achieve them)

and how to I build a balance team in the first place
