After reading recent posts here, I wonder why leadership does not do skip level meetings. Good leaders want skip levels because they know their leadership team filters stuff on the way up, sometimes on purpose. In order to understand and make cultural changes, good leaders want to hear from people who actually do the work.
This is not happening at Novo. We receive surveys or Evolve pulse, results are okay-ish, leadership nods, and meanwhile the people who would've actually said something are already leaving or have left.
Do I have any hope for change without serious attempts to listen? Not really!
