I recently had an update. After that update, the printer won’t recognize the cartridges. I’ve tried to unplug the printer to reset it and it still doesn’t recognize the cartridges. I can’t get to the main menu on the printer because everytime I plug it in, it goes back to “replace cartridges”. Does anyone have another suggestion or will I just have to get a different printer? Thanks for any help.
