Fungi and microbes problem in tropics

Hi, I've been doing organics for a year. So far, the hardest part of growing is fungi and bacterial problem. For example:

  • Angular leave spot for cucumber and zucchini
  • Blight on tomato and potato
  • Beet and chard bacterial spot

So far I use bacteria pesticide (e.g. bacillus, streptomyces, trichoderma) and neem oil. I don't think they're working. Or maybe they need time to accumulate(?).

Now I'm using copper to help cure the disease quickly. I'm more confident using copper because some of my cucumber is better than before, though it can't help the blight on the tomato.

I don't see any alternative for short term solution on internet discussion. Or maybe fungi & bacterial is not major problem in four season climate and not well documented by tropical farmers?
Any advice will be appreciated.
