Performance Incentives for Successful Admissions
1 Successful Admission – ₹400 Bonus
5 Successful Admissions – ₹3,000 Bonus

Requirements
• Must have access to local Chennai community networks
• Ability to verify that leads are genuine and from Pallikaranai/Thoraipakkam
• Good communication and networking skills
• Experience with local outreach/community management is a plus
