I’ve been in therapy since October and my time with this T is coming to an end now and I feel as though therapy not only didn’t help but also ruined the dynamic between my family and I.
I’m not sure what else to do now.
I’m having an assessment soon with a separate mh sector in preparation for me ending therapy with my current T where they’ll ask me personal questions in order to deem me ‘fine enough’ / ‘safe enough’ to end therapy. My T said for me to please be fully honest, especially with self harm ect because she “can’t hold that risk”. I’m not sure what she means by “holding that risk”
