Hi there you all!

I am asking for an advice. I am from Spain and know little about Norway, but what I really know is that Norwegians are high in English fluency and almost all the citizens are able to speak perfectly English, regardless the age.

So, would you invest in getting students for a English online course for Norwegians? I mean, using for example ads in Facebook, Instagram, Google... you know.

The idea came from the fact that the income of an average Norwegian is higher, but there is another question:

Do the Norwegians need to polish their English?

You as a Norwegian, would you pay for practice and learn new words in English?

This debate is what we are discussing.
