How effective is the 5/3/1 program for powerlifting? Has anyone had experience on whether it was effective for them?

Why are there many people who are obviously not into sbl, or are unwilling to understand sbl, in the sbl subreddit?
tried applying the feedback I got from my last post. learnt to pull slack which isnt very visible in the vid, tried wedging my hips better, and my back is a lot less rounded.
any tips to further improve?
