Hi everyone. I posted in March when I was very anxious about my phimosis condition. A lot of you suggested I start stretching and this is the result after 2 months.

To be very honest, I performed stretching on and off and not very consistently. I ordered the ring kit as well but it's of no use due to a skin bridge near frenelum. However I'll stick to manual stretching more consistently and hopefully it will work out!

While stretching I am applying a steroid cream with the following contents, as prescribed by a doctor:

Beclomethasone Dipropionate 0.025%

Neomycin Sulphate 0.5%

Clotrimazole 1%

It's difficult to take a hold of the phimotic band so I've been stretching by staying erect for 15-20 mins and letting the head of my penis stretch the phimotic band. I really feel it stretching and that's what I'll be sticking to for a while.

The attachment is slightly off centre and also it is the max I can pull downwards from the back side of the penis. Currently this is the max I can expose my head, which is about 20%.

I have ordered phimosis rings for stretching. Will this stop me from making progress, or will the foreskin be stretched from the other sides and I'll be able to cure the phimosis?

Also, I have some itching on the inside of the foreskin, the part which I was never able to expose, since last few months. Is it okay to use the phimosis rings if there's some itching?

Kindly help 🙏🏻

I have Type 4 phimosis and I am able to expose only 20% of my penis head. I have been facing itchy foreskin for the past 5 months, on and off. The itchy part is hard to access to because I am not able to pull the skin that much.

I wanna know if it's okay to apply Clotrimazole on the inside using a Q-tip to help with the itching? Asking because I won't be able to wash the area properly before next application, as it is not possible to get water or a finger there.

For more context, it does feel like some transparent sticky fluid is present at the part which itches . There is no white discharge or redness.

Are there any potential issues with this?
