“Anyone else struggling to reach actual property owners?
A pattern I’ve been noticing while sourcing deals lately — a lot of time gets wasted trying to track down the actual owner/contact behind a property or lead. You find something interesting (vacant home, old listing, off-market hint), but hitting a dead end on contact info kills momentum.
I’ve been building a small tool called tracepilot.homes to solve exactly this. Instead of relying on one source, it pulls from multiple public datasets to surface possible phone numbers, emails, and related info tied to a name/address. It’s been helpful for quickly validating leads and deciding if something is worth pursuing further.
Not trying to sell anything here — just sharing because I know this is a common bottleneck in flipping/wholesaling. If you’re already doing something similar or have better workflows/tools, would genuinely love to learn how you’re approaching it 👀
