Between dropping zero pointers on people (potentially incredibly fatal without the right ability) and nearly hitting the audience with glaciers I can see people calling it out.

Also I vaguely remember one fic where someone forfeited and publicly stated it’s because they couldn’t trust Todoroki not to accidentally kill them.
