I’m currently in reinsurance working as admin. It was going great at first but then we had a new manager come in and now it’s a nightmare.

I was going to get my experience so I can use it to progress as a a&h claims examiner but the management is awful.

Is it worth staying to get the experience or move back to insurance? I have claims experience
