Hiya! I was recently lucky enough to be given a cricut maker and I went to try it out today and the machine load and unload button isn’t responding. When I turn the machine on the rollers move but the tool carriage doesn’t. It takes ages to turn the machine on after plugging it in.

Does anyone have any advice or experience with this, please?
