I’ll go first:

I asked my DM after we defeated an undead frost giant if I could dehydrate her and roll her up like a rug. It’s a long-ish story but the context is important.

Part of my character is she loves to cook, when she was introduced to the party (I was a late addition) she ended up making jerky out of the black dragon that the party had just killed. So the running joke was that she became a “jerky-smith”.

One of the items that I got was a “dehydrating peach” that I could use to dehydrate meats/fruits & vegetables, and other foods just by touching the peach to said food. DM said if I rolled high enough, that it would work, but I would use up the peach’s magical ability and it would turn into a normal peach.

He said to roll for it and now we have a dehydrated dead-undead frost giant carpet in our bag of holding. And yes, I did eat the peach afterwards 😊🍑

What weird lines did you say during your campaigns?

Can’t be a widely known or respected myth/conspiracy but something only your family or friends know about/created.

For example:

My dad and his friends joke about seeing the “Baldwin Ape” up north. I live in Michigan and my family has a cabin up in Baldwin, MI. Lots of forests and it’s as quintessentially “up north” as you can get. My dad had his friends over for a fishing trip one day. Later that night, they say they saw something very large moving in the woods. They immediately dubbed it the “Baldwin Ape”! Every time we go up to the cabin we have to clean up and lock up everything outside to “protect it against the Baldwin Ape”.
