Yeah another racist scum on the call. As usual, I was asking him probing questions to get the root cause of his concern. “ hello? Can you do your damn job faster? I don’t have time to do these all and answer your irrelevant questions “.

…dodged it off, told him that the questions were asked just to get the main issue sorted. NO , “listen mam, I’m not understanding what you’re saying, and you’re not doing your damn job”, after 30 GODDAMN SECOND on mute. I said I’m getting all troubleshooting steps for you so we can resolve this.

“Can i get another person who knows what they’re doing? And not some fucking indian? Give the phone to someone who’s white.”

Ruined my entire fucking day, clocked out, I don’t care. Cried miserably on my damn birthday. I hope he have GOOD DAY of his miserable as f life.

I’ve ranted here before and here I am again. I’m having constant panic attacks and can’t sleep. I already have anxiety and panic disorder and this job is effing me up so bad. The dread I feel before the shift and the goddamn generous time of 10 seconds before the next call, the dread of doing the same thing next day, micromanaging every damn second of the day and keep getting all these coaching saying “you were late for 10 seconds, why are you avoiding calls”. I genuinely don’t know what to do anymore. I was planning to take licenses but they’re expensive too, need money to pay for them too. But my mental health is deteriorating so much that I wake up at the middle of the night having rapid heartbeats and sweating. It sucks so bad.

Hey there! I’m very frustrated with this. I’m keep getting ingrown hairs. I stopped using any kind of razors, I usually exfoliate and then trim the hair and still it keeps happening. I recently got two ingrown with pus and one just came back. It is EXTREMELY painful and i’m very much frustrated with it. I don’t even use anything that triggers that. What should I do?
