Hi All,

I am confused if I should a lease M3P RWD for $370 a month with $3k down (12k miles for 3 years) or just take advantage of the 0.99 percent APR and finance the MYP RWD?

I ran the costs and it looks like the 3 year costs of both are coming approminately the same. (Assuming I sell the car in 3 years)

Also the reason I am thinking from a 3 year point of view is that I am on F1 OPT and 3 years of visa left (H1B not picked yet).

What do you guys suggest? I personally prefer the Model Y but the Model 3 lease deal with low monthly payments is tempting. Also live in the bay area for more context
