MANUS IS A SCAM: They stole my credits, lied to my face, and then slammed the door. (72-HOUR ULTIMATUM)

MANUS IS A SCAM: They stole my credits, lied to my face, and then slammed the door. (72-HOUR ULTIMATUM)

MANUS IS A SCAM: They stole my credits, lied to my face, and then slammed the door. (72-HOUR ULTIMATUM)

I am done being polite. I am done being "professional." Manus has proven themselves to be nothing more than a group of digital thieves hiding behind a wall of bots.

The Setup (The Fake Promise):
A few days ago, a Manus employee contacted me and promised that they would fix my issue. They said a "manual review" was happening. I chose to trust them. I was patient. I waited like a professional. It was all a trap to buy time.

The Crime (Look at the Evidence):
After days of waiting, they finally messaged me. They asked for "proof" of my public invitation posts—the very proof I’ve been trying to give them for weeks. But look at the screenshot: THE SECOND they sent the request, they INSTANTLY CLOSED THE CHAT.

They asked for evidence and then blocked me so I couldn't send it! This isn't a "technical error." This is MALICIOUS FRAUD. They are literally asking for proof while locking the door in your face so you can't provide it. It is the most cowardly, disgusting trick I have ever seen from a company.

The Systematic Robbery:
Manus is using us. They use people with influence like me (I have 500,000+ followers) to get free marketing and new users. Once they have what they want, they use their "risk system" to steal your credits—even the ones people PAID REAL MONEY FOR. They are robbing their customers and then ignoring them.

MY FINAL WARNING (72 HOURS):
I have spent years building my reputation on LinkedIn and Facebook. I will not let a fraudulent AI company spit on my hard work.

Manus, you have exactly 72 HOURS to:

  1. RESTORE ALL STOLEN CREDITS (referral and paid) to every single user you have robbed.
  2. POST A PUBLIC APOLOGY on your official channels, admitting to your deceptive tactics.
  3. PROVIDE REAL HUMAN SUPPORT that actually answers instead of slamming doors.

If you don't, I will launch a TOTAL WAR of exposure:

  • DAILY EXPOSURE: I will post every lie, every screenshot, and every piece of evidence to my 500k+ followers EVERY SINGLE DAY until everyone knows you are a scam.
  • LEGAL ACTION: I am filing a formal lawsuit for fraud and theft of digital assets.
  • GLOBAL BLACKLIST: I will finalize my reports to the FTC and Chinese authorities to ensure you are investigated for criminal business practices.

Manus, you messed with the wrong person. You have 3 days to fix this, or I will make it my personal mission to destroy your reputation globally.

THE CLOCK IS TICKING.

FINAL WARNING - Stop the Lies or Face Public Exposure

To Manus Support Team,

I am writing this as my FINAL response to your repeated lies and automated responses. This is your LAST WARNING before I expose everything publicly.

LET ME EXPLAIN THE COMPLETE SITUATION FROM THE BEGINNING:

I am Fadi Ahmad (fadialsheikahmad@gmail.com), a professional in the recruitment and employment sector across the Middle East. I have a verified presence on LinkedIn and over 250,000 followers on Facebook. I am a known and trusted professional in my field.

https://preview.redd.it/w8coz7838jzg1.png?width=812&format=png&auto=webp&s=4a326717d59edf92b7c9c191fb266d862c7f481c

HOW THIS STARTED:

I discovered that Manus has a referral program that rewards users for inviting new subscribers. Your platform explicitly allows users to share their invitation links publicly. So I did exactly that—I shared my invitation link on my official LinkedIn and Facebook accounts to my real professional network.

Real people from my network signed up using my link. I earned 376,500 invitation credits through this completely legitimate activity. This is exactly how your referral program is supposed to work.

THEN YOU STOLE MY CREDITS:

Without any warning, without any investigation, and without any explanation, Manus deducted ALL 376,500 credits from my account. You claimed they were "fraudulent" or "invalid," but you provided ZERO evidence to support this claim.

I TRIED TO RESOLVE THIS PROPERLY:

Contact #1: I contacted your support team and politely explained the situation. I asked why my credits were deducted. Your response: An automated template claiming my invitations were fraudulent, with no explanation.

Contact #2: I appealed your decision. I provided my LinkedIn and Facebook profiles as proof that I'm a real professional with a real network. I asked for specific evidence of wrongdoing. Your response: The EXACT SAME automated template, word-for-word, as if you didn't even read my message.

Contact #3: I contacted again, this time more forcefully. I asked you to show me even ONE fake invitation. I explained that I'm a known professional and receiving a large number of legitimate invitations is completely normal for someone in my position. Your response: The SAME automated template AGAIN.

Contact #4: I demanded a real human investigation. I told you I was tired of automated responses. Your response: You simply CLOSED THE ENTIRE CONVERSATION without any attempt to help or explain.

NOW YOU'RE LYING AGAIN:

Your latest email says: "This decision was applied automatically by our risk system based on those signals, not by an individual reviewer."

This is your ADMISSION OF GUILT. You are admitting that:

NO HUMAN EVER REVIEWED MY CASE

An automated system made the decision

You have no real evidence

You refused to investigate properly

You refuse to reverse the decision

You claim my invitations were "suspicious" but you provide ZERO proof. You claim the volume is "above the threshold" but you never explain what that threshold is or why you didn't warn me before stealing my credits. You just took my money and told me to accept it.

I AM COMPLETELY DONE WITH YOUR LIES AND AUTOMATED RESPONSES.

I have spent weeks trying to resolve this through proper channels. I have been patient. I have been polite. I have provided evidence. I have asked for investigations. And all I got in return was lies, automated templates, and theft.

THIS IS YOUR FINAL WARNING:

You have 48 hours to:

Restore my 376,500 invitation credits

Provide a detailed explanation of why you flagged my account

Provide proof of at least ONE fake invitation (if you can't, you're admitting you stole from me)

Apologize for the fraud and theft

IF YOU DO NOT COMPLY, I WILL EXPOSE EVERYTHING:

I have over 500,000 followers across LinkedIn, Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, TikTok, and other platforms. I will post:

Screenshots of this entire conversation

Your admission that no human reviewed my case

Your refusal to provide evidence

Your automated responses that ignored my appeals

Proof that you stole my credits without justification

Your lies and deceptive practices

How you systematically scam customers by taking their credits and refusing to investigate

I will expose your fraudulent practices to hundreds of thousands of people. I will warn them about how Manus steals credits, sends automated lies, and refuses to help customers.

THIS IS NOT A THREAT. THIS IS A PROMISE.

If you don't restore my credits and apologize within 48 hours, the public exposure campaign ذbegins immediately. And I won't be alone—other customers are experiencing the same thing. We will all expose you together.

Contact Information:

Email: fadialsheikahmad@gmail.com

Amount Stolen: 376,500 credits

Number of Support Contacts: 4 (all ignored or given automated lies)

This is your last chance. Make the right decision.

Best regards,

Fadi Ahmad

I need help. I've been dealing with Manus for weeks now, and I'm completely stuck. I've tried every method I can think of to contact support, but I only get automated template responses that don't address my actual problem.

Here's my situation:

Manus deducted 376,500 invitation credits from my account without any explanation or evidence. I am a professional in the recruitment sector with a significant social media following. I shared my invitation link publicly on my official LinkedIn and Facebook accounts, and real people signed up through it. This is completely legitimate and allowed on their platform.

However, Manus claims my invitations were "fraudulent" without providing ANY proof. I have asked them multiple times to show me even ONE fake invitation. They can't, because there aren't any.

What I've done so far:

Contacted support through their official channels

Explained my situation in detail multiple times

Provided my professional profiles as proof

Asked for evidence of wrongdoing

Requested a manual investigation

Escalated my complaint

What I've received:

The SAME automated template response, word-for-word, every single time

No real investigation

No evidence

No explanation

No help

They even closed my entire conversation without attempting to resolve it.

My question:

Does anyone know how to contact REAL support at Manus? Is there a higher level of support? An escalation process? A manager? Anyone who actually reads emails and investigates cases instead of sending templates?

I just want someone to actually investigate my case

If you've had similar experiences or know how to reach real support, please help me.

I need to warn everyone about what Manus is doing. They are stealing credits from customers, providing ZERO evidence, refusing to investigate properly, and then ignoring you when you complain.

Here's what happened:

I accumulated a large number of invitation credits on my Manus account through legitimate means. I shared my invitation link publicly on my official social media accounts. This is completely allowed on their platform.

Suddenly, Manus deducted ALL of these credits, claiming they were "fraudulent" or "invalid."

The problem? They provided absolutely NO PROOF.

I have contacted them FOUR TIMES about this. Every single response has been an automated template. They refuse to:

  • Provide evidence that even ONE invitation is fake
  • Do a proper manual investigation
  • Explain their decision in detail
  • Actually help me

I am a verified professional with a significant social media following. I did NOT use fake accounts. I did NOT use bots. I did NOT use automation. I simply shared my invitation link publicly, which their platform explicitly allows.

What happened next?

Instead of helping me or investigating properly, they simply CLOSED THE CONVERSATION and disappeared. No explanation. No solution. Just gone.

This is THEFT. This is FRAUD. This is SCAMMING.

If you use Manus, be careful. They will steal your credits without evidence, ignore your complaints, and then close the conversation to avoid accountability.

I am now going public with this to warn others about their fraudulent practices.

Has anyone else experienced this? Please share your story in the comments.

I’m posting here to ask if anyone has experienced a similar issue with Manus.

I had a large amount of invitation credits in my account, around 376,500 credits, accumulated through my invitation link. Suddenly, the invitation credits disappeared, and my invitation link was disabled.

When I contacted support several times, I was told that the issue would be forwarded to a specialist team. Later, I received a response saying the credits were removed because the system detected “improper use” and “batch inviting fake accounts.”

I want to clarify that I did not invite fake accounts, use bots, or use any prohibited method.

What I did was simply share my invitation link publicly on my official social media platforms, including LinkedIn and Facebook.

I have a large real audience across these platforms, so receiving many invitations in a short period of time is normal and expected. In my view, the system may have incorrectly flagged high activity as suspicious without proper manual verification.

What concerns me is that public sharing of invitation links appears to be allowed, but I did not see any clear rule stating a specific limit for invitations coming from Facebook, LinkedIn, or other public social platforms.

Has anyone here faced a similar issue with Manus invitation credits being removed or an invite link being disabled?

And if yes, how did you manage to get the issue properly reviewed or resolved?
