Hoping someone here can help me figure out what happened.
I was cleaning my counters and accidentally bumped the power switch on my Specialita mid-cycle. After that, the grind timer counted down like normal but almost no coffee came out. I figured maybe something was jammed so I ran the cleaning cycle — and now it’s grinding even less and making a strange noise I’ve never heard before.
I have a video that shows what it sounds like and how little is coming out. Happy to share more info — grind setting, how long I’ve had it, etc.
A few things I’m wondering:
• Could cutting power mid-grind cause a jam or shift something internally?
• Is there a way to safely disassemble and check for a blockage?
• Has anyone else had this happen and recovered from it?
Any help appreciated, this is my daily driver and I’m lost without it 😅
