Recently, I was driving my Tahoe around town with the trailer and I was going to pass somebody then it started misfiring really bad as soon as I stepped on it. So currently I have a check engine light with a P0174 code we checked the rockers ,we checked the springs, we checked compression, checked for vacuum leaks, we checked spark plugs we checked coil packs and injectors. The spark plugs were covered in fuel and is making a loud wooshing/ grinding noise under the intake and it is a cammed 5.3 gen4 with new push rods new springs new LS7 lifters with the AFM delete and tuned. Was fine up until now. Been about 10k miles since cam job. What should I be looking at next?
