I guess I just dont know what to do or say, my friend always said their breakup was from a mistake he made. A small mistake when he was drunk. He'd say phrases like,"a guy makes 1 mistake and the girl leaves him". Hes become more misogynistic after their relationship. A lot more. We hangout once every other week and they broke up almost a year ago and he talks about her every time we see each other, calling her a bitch and basically saying she was crazy. And every now and then he let's a new piece of info slip. At first it was mutual breakup. Then it was he got really drunk one night and she didnt like him being drunk. Then it was he made a mistake when drunk. But most recently he slipped, he told me how he came onto her when drunk, how she tried pushing him off and said no. But he didnt stop. How she broke up with him cause she would never feel safe with him again.
I went silent. Im disgusted and mad. How can you talk about someone like they were the reason when it was you, when you yourself was the one to blame the only one to blame.
What do I do, do I report it? Do I stop being his friend? Do I be someone for him to talk to? Im so lost.
