It's actually getting ridiculous at this point. if it's a random side project or an automation i wanted to build, i will literally forget to eat because i'm so locked in.
but the second i have to look at the tasks for my actual job, my brain just completely shuts down. reading one line of documentation feels like physical pain and i end up staring at the screen for hours doing nothing. please tell me someone else deals with this and has a hack to trick your brain into working lol.
