Hi, I'm a 20-year-old male. I took Sertraline 100mg for three years and, with my doctor's advice, reduced the dosage and stopped taking it. I feel like I've had hair loss everywhere imaginable since I started taking the medication—head, eyebrows, beard—and the color is even changing. Sometimes I even get a few white hairs in my beard, and I'm getting more and more patchy areas all over.Can someone please help me and tell me what this is and if it has an end?
