I suffer with severe asthma I’ve tried Buteyko breathing and it’s helped a tad bit and im still doing it but I still occasionally hit my albuterol sulfate if my symptoms get to me but now my doctor wants to prescribe me fluticasone propionate to help with my lung capacity. Apparently over long period of time it can lead to loss of bone mass. So is there an hope for me is there any esoteric knowledge one can lend out to a fellow peater I NEED TO EXPAND MY OXYGEN CAPACITY!!
