Thoughts on weight? Lethargy in gecko

He’s always seems slim to me, but he’s 44 grams. He’s about 7~ years old and always seems lethargic and hardly ever jumps. When he moves around his feet are shaky. Could he have an issue with MBD? He has a 7% UVB light bar, gets insects dusted with calcium twice a week, eats normally, but is always hidden away in the top back of his enclosure. Humidity and temperatures are correct as well. He’s one of four cresties that I have and all of my other babies have no issues at all, but they’re all much younger than he is. The second oldest one I have is 2 years old.

Why is it’s middle part so skinny? I see a bunch of wasps that are meatier in that section (last photo), excuse my terminology. Does anyone know what kind of wasp it is? Or the other wasp? Just curious, thanks!

Like the title says, I’m looking for all the information regarding care for the Tarahumara mountain boa. I’ve read some things online and have seen conflicting information, so any reliable care sheets or tips would be much appreciated. I plan on getting the enclosure together and established before getting the snake, and would love to make it perfect. Thanks!
