my manager hires a lot of people and most of em can't even work on busy days.. and he makes everyone a shift lead and half of them can't even come in on time or count the safe properly or receive the truck without bitching about it. so what ends up happening is he relies on the same people that have been there for years to pick up the slack from everyone else. he makes every person use the theatro except for the older people, and he doesn't teach them how to use the zebra or do passport pictures. its kind of ridiculous at this point

My sm wants every sfl from the front end to help with ic3s in pharmacy but none of em have a license to be back there. And how are they supposed to help with ic3 in pharmacy when we are short handed in the front? None of this makes sense. And he shouldve told them to get licensed when he first hired them so now im completely confused.
