Is anyone else having this issue? I’ve been a member since 2017 but now all of a sudden they want me to update my account details and have put a hold on my payouts until I do.
After the first warning, I contacted customer support and they told me to add a new checking account for my payouts to be sent to, so I did. But now the issue is they want me to verify with a bank statement. But my bank statements go to the original account they had me switch from, so none of the account numbers match. Now I am unable to switch back to my original account because it keeps telling me an error occurred or that they’re unable to verify my details. Does anyone else have any ideas on how to resolve this or has anyone else experienced this issue recently? I’ve spoken to 2 customer service reps and they have been useless. They just tell me to try the same process in different browsers.
