I am 23 f . I have bleeding gums from 15 years . I brush twice and as a mouth wash I used salt water for rinse and right I use potash alum water as a mouth wash . I eat dried indian goosebery every day and before I ate too much myrobalan i always put in my mouth . after that my teeth got stained . I have a small mole like cavity that I got filled by dentist . Rn my teeth looks like this can u tell me I have cavities rn ? Or how could I improve my gum health I bleed severely.
