I have been have an irregular period for the past 2-3 years(like 3-4 times a year) with some spotting before that my period was heavy and very painful but not really no more. I just had what look like a giant clot or tissue come out. Should I go to the doctor or is that normal? Like it was kind concerning big. I’m not birth control and or sex.
