Buttkicker gamer pro brand new fault
I just got a butt kicker gamer pro out the box and tried turning it on and the front red lights flash for 1 second and turn off again and the AMP for the butt kicker doesn’t turn on at all. When connecting a type c usb cable I see a blue light inside the amp but the red light stays off. I think it’s a power issue. Has anyone had this problem and if so what is the solution. Would appreciate the help.
