I switched three phone lines from T-Mobile to Verizon on September 11, 2025, after being promised bill credits or prepaid cards to help cover my remaining T-Mobile balances.

I submitted all required documents, including my final T-Mobile bill, shortly after activating the account. Since then, I’ve been dealing with ongoing issues, including missing credits, incorrect billing, and repeated plan changes.

The balances on the lines were:

  • Line ending in 6179: $779.12
  • Line ending in 1613: $591.62
  • Line ending in 3037: $379.09

At first, Verizon told me to wait three billing cycles for the credits to be applied. It has now been almost eight months, and I’m being told I need to resubmit documents or the promotion will not be honored. I am no longer a T-Mobile customer and no longer have access to that account.

I also spoke with someone from the gift card department who refused to provide a last name or employee ID. They kept insisting I must obtain my final T-Mobile bill again, even though I already submitted it when I opened the account.

On top of that, my Verizon billing has been incorrect multiple times and my plan has been changed three times without resolving the issues.

At this point, I’m just trying to get the promised credits applied and my billing corrected, but I keep getting different answers and no resolution.
