I just purchased over a week ago a new HP Omnibook flip that came with the Ultimate College Bundle which includes a free Xbox controller, 1 year of Microsoft 365 and Xbox Ultimate 1 year. I verified my student status and received my 1 year of Ultimate. But Microsoft will not send me my promo code for the controller nor 365 deal. I call them and they keep telling me to send an email...but no one responds. Not sure what to do. Has anyone else had this issue?
