25 Dubai real estate beta testers for a market/deals intelligence tool
Hi everyone, I’m building a Dubai real estate analytics tool and I’m looking for around 25 beta testers from this community.
The idea is simple: help buyers/investors track where the market is moving and find listings that may be priced below recent comparable transactions (across both sales and rents)
The platform currently includes:
- Top Deals: listings ranked by discount vs recent transaction benchmarks
- Explore Map: visual view of sales/rent momentum across Dubai
- Screener: filter by area, building, budget, bedrooms, confidence, etc.
- Saved Properties: track buildings/properties and monitor asking prices vs transaction history
It is still early, so I’m not selling anything yet. I’m looking for people who are actively buying, investing, renting, monitoring specific buildings, or just very familiar with the Dubai property market and willing to give honest feedback.
Beta testers will get free early access. In return, I’d love feedback on whether the insights are actually useful, what feels confusing, and what data/views would help you make better decisions.
