Tried looking on this sub, rest of the internet was just ai trying to answer the question. Basically due to a combination of issues (mostly malnutrition and hEDS), I have a pretty weak bladder and a very over active gag reflex.

Started t 3 weeks ago (let’s goooo), but almost immediately noticed, like within the first couple days, that both worsened a lot.

Has anyone else had anything similar? thanks
