What’s up guys! Help me decide

I purchased a portal last year and I loved everything about it except the lag ( I’ve got fiber wire internet) so I returned it.

I recently read there’s a new update finally fixing the bitrate? Is it an improvement ? If so, I’ll be on my way to Best Buy. Any info is appreciated thanks!

I called geek squad today to confirm my oled monitor plans and it’s a GSP-r so does that mean it’s replacement or store credit ? Or will it still be a send out ?
