I would like some help with my controller, which is behaving strangely.

I accidentally dropped my controller off the couch and now the R2 button doesn't work.

When I launch a game or application, the controller doesn't respond; I have to turn it off and on again for it to work

And other weird things that I'm going to show in a video

And also on YouTube, the controller just keeps fast-forwarding the video for no reason.
