(16f) does anyone else get really sad when they see someone elses scars or marks? like, they dont trigger me to relapse because they are self harm related, but because they're worse than mine. i dont have a lot of marks, just some white scars on my wrist and a couple of weird ones on my arm, but i always want them to be worse. i saw a girl at school the other day and her whole arm was covered in thick raised scars and all i could think was "why dont mine look like that". it's probably also related to my desire to massively self-destruct so i can get help, but thats another issue. at the same time, i cant physically bring myself to cut any deeper. i get too scared of the clean up. idk, guess im just wondering if anyone else feels like this.
