I have this that went bad (one toggle switch gave up the ghost) and found this Leviton that is supposed to be the new replacement. I can't make the wiring make sense. I get heat lamp and fart fan. No main bathroom Vanity lights.

OR...

Where can I find one of these "old" switch setups to solve it quickly?
