My dr ordered a chest xray after some “confusing” bloodwork. My testosterone was 84. Estrogen 383. Progesterone 1.1. I (34f) had a hysterectomy with ovaries intact 4 years ago. I’m 5’ 7” and 190lbs. Dr did said I was perimenopausal.
My symptoms within the last year: weight loss without trying(60lbs), rapid hair loss within the last month, night sweats, random fevers and chills, itchy skin and ears, fatigue, ears ringing.
I have a family history of colon cancer (maternal grandfather), diabetes (both sides), breast cancer (maternal grandmother), pancreatic cancer (paternal grandmother), lung cancer (paternal grandfather), ovarian cancer (maternal grandmother)
Dr ordered more bloodwork, an ultrasound for my ovaries and said I needed to get that done ASAP, she also ordered this chest xray because I’m a smoker.
Dr hasn’t seen the xray yet, the place I went to didn’t have a way to send it to them so they gave it to me on a disc. From what I’ve researched I had gas bubbles but I have no idea what I’m looking at.

I (34f) had a hysterectomy with intact ovaries with no hormone treatment in 2022. I had endometriosis and the Essure device implanted. I feel better than I was before but still not ‘good’ and I just accepted it. Over the last year and a half I’ve lost 60 lbs, without any change to my diet or exercise. Over the last month and a half my hair is falling out rapidly. Night sweats, excess hair, random fevers and chills. Among other symptoms, I decided to get some blood work done. My testosterone is 84, estrogen is 383 and progesterone is 1.1. I’m scheduled to go in on Monday but my anxiety of what this could be is driving me nuts. There isn’t anything out there with this issue. So I figured I would ask here if anyone has experienced this and what your outcome/diagnosis was? TIA!!
