I keep finding this type of roach in my garage every other day usually just one at a time. From what I’ve read american roaches usually come from outside and don’t infest homes but I’m wondering if it’s true?

Is it worth calling pest control, or is this pretty normal if they’re coming in from outdoors? Thanks.
