I'm a GP (family physician) and I've been frustrated for a while watching patients get blood results back from their clinic with no useful guidance on what to actually do about borderline TFT levels. I'm exploring building something that changes this.

I'm genuinely curious if anyone here has actually used their blood test results to guide supplement choices? What was useful, what wasn't? Would love to hear your experiences

I'm a doctor running a small research project, looking for 10 people to get a free personalised supplement/biohacking review.

I'm a practising doctor interested in personalised nutrition/biohacking. I'm working on something in this space and want to improve performance in this area.

If you've had blood tests done in the last 12 months, I'll personally review your results alongside a short health questionnaire and give you a written breakdown of what supplements would actually make sense for your specific biology, with the reasoning behind each one.

This is free. I'm doing it to learn, not to sell you anything. DMs open. First 10 people only.

Happy to answer any questions about my background.

Anyone here on LinkedIn and becoming acutely aware of the amount of generic Ai shit posting doctors are getting away with posting.. passing it off as original insightful & thought provoking content.

It always follows the same format. Insert generic observation that didn’t happen to them. Followed by stat. Some generic insight. Followed by action. Cue General plug for service or business they’re working on.

Icing on the cake today was seeing a generic post - followed by several comments on the post that were also clearly generated by Ai, down to the — double dash. Is LinkedIn just an echo chamber for Ai slop on slop posting ?

(Extra bug bear - people labelling themselves CEO / Founder of a landing page startup they’ve cobbled together on Loveable Ai.. you’re not fooling anyone)

Rant over, come at me. Or don’t. Either way I don’t care
