I don't know if anyone still plays this game but I was just wondering I'm really low on health and out of medication and healing herbs any tips on how I can find medicine or the right herbs

So I'm not a professional at cooking and I tried to cook a frozen burger today and it looked fine just a little red on the inside I put it in my mouth and it felt a little squishy or off so I just wanted to know does that mean it's raw and if it is a little undercooked is that dangerous
