Hi our team had been told to modify the IAD.
I am wondering what would you write or calculate on the IAD.
We are a first year team without aero, with standard Fsg IA precrushed from plascore, with standard AIP (2mm s275 plate) and chasis X tubes on the FBH.

What do you recommend us to calculate and what to do an ANSYS.

We are thinking on a calculation of the maximum deformation of the X bar by hand to clarify how we are compliant with the 25mm maximum displacement.

We are open to know hoy other teams did it in order to get experience.
And also do you have same references of other (open source) IAD?

How do you manage to seal the TSAC Fans?

We do not khow how tryhard yoy should be.

We are planing to use sime kind of fan covers (fan cover)

but we do not know if it is really necesary to use hydrophobic mesh :mesh

and also we do not know if every mesh is valid or it must be ul94V0

What do you guys suggest for our case?:
