Hi everyone,

I recently installed Avaya CMS R21. After the installation, I am facing an issue with the CMS Supervisor PC Client.

Whenever I click on Reports or any other tab, the application freezes for around 60 to 90 seconds before it finally responds and opens the selected section.

Before the upgrade, everything was working fine without any delay in CMS R19.

Has anyone experienced this issue after upgrading to R21? Any suggestions on what could be causing this delay or how to fix it?
