Does Arrow Storm get imbued if used as a variant to an imbue able skill? For example… Barrage and forceful arrow I believe can make arrow storms. Is it possible for those to be imbued (the arrow storm)?

Anyone been able to make a build with 0 cooldown shadow step? I’m trying to make one and need help.
I know about the aspect that reduces the cooldown of shadow step by up to 7.5seconds but the problem is concealments high cooldown.
Any ideas?
Edit: I know about the mythic sword that reduces the cooldown by 10 seconds but I’m looking for something I could use for the boss too. That sword requires elite pack kills
Anyone know if Shadow Clone Sentry has LhC and how much?
Normally shadow clones use the LhC of the player but since sentry shoots its own arrows that “look like penetration shot” I’m wondering if there are any LhC on it.
My other question is about the imbuement charm set. Can anyone confirm it gives you 150% LhC (50% lucky hit chance per imbuement) or only 50%?
