Trying to figure out this throttle issue

I have a 2008 350z top mount single turbo from soho motorsports. Tuned by soho. Car was great for about a year but has developed this strange problem. It started surging when I cold start, lasts for about 30 seconds (2-2.5k rpms) The throttle seems to have an issue where in between shifts when I’m off throttle, clutch in and it’s like the throttle is still being held for a second or so. Almost like it’s delayed when I’m letting off. The throttle just behaves strange, I’ll post some videos.

I’m pretty sure it’s been happening well before that code though. I cleaned the throttle body well along with maf sensor.
Edit: I also did the ecu reset procedure along with idle reset.
I appreciate any help, hoping to figure this one out.
