After the latest update, I reviewed the tablets and several now show no active subscriptions.
I’ve been with Toast for 12–13 years. My original three tablets were $140/month total. Now that same $140 is being labeled as a single “monthly software subscription,” and I’m being asked to purchase two additional subscriptions.
I’ve gone from three tablets at $140/month + $50/$50/$50 for the additional tablets I added last year and now I have three tablets @ $50/mo and one tablet @ $140/mo
Anyone have an experience like this, I do my account has had other issues because of how long the account has been active.
