I got banned from discord about a week and a half ago while on my phone, and have been using discord with an alt that I made a year ago on just my laptop because I was logged into it previous to getting my main banned. I was using my mobile data instead of my homes wifi while I was getting banned and I rarely use my wifi at all when on my phone. I heard that your ip address changes more often while using mobile data than when you use wifi. I've been very careful not to refriend people on my alt too quickly, and I've deleted and reinstalled discord on my phone. Would it be safe to log into my alt on my phone and other devices?

I got banned for ban evasion, which isn't possible because I have never had an account that was banned before. I've tried to appeal to discord on their website, and both times they sent me this response after I said that I didn't own another account and asking them to look into it again. Am I doing something wrong? Is there anything I should say or do to make them believe that I didn't do it?
