I recently got the Levoit air purifier and downloaded the Vesync app however. When I try to view my home stats, I click the home button no stats show up, and there’s a big X where my home is supposed to show. Anyone else having trouble? Is it because I just got the device and it needs time to measure this stuff? In the regular device area it shows outdoor quality but not indoor that I wanna see. Any help or fix around this?
